Frequently Asked Questions
We are happy to answer your questions! You can call us at (785) 760-0695, or contact us online.
What are your subscription plans?
Our subscription model establishes an ongoing relationship between you and your provider. This allows us to offer you the highest quality care. You have full access to your provider in our concierge care model, with telephone and e-mail communication outside of scheduled appointments. You get long appointments and personal attention. You also get access to top-of-the-line care in the fields of Functional Medicine and Integrative Medicine. We have annual concierge plans for physician services ranging from $180 to $355 per month, depending on the patient's needs. Our physicians are Dr. Neela Sandal and Dr. Stephen Stevenson. Amy Bousman teaches nutrition RESTART classes, which are $40 per 1-hour class and her individualized care packages start at $500.
Can I see a practitioner just once or twice?
Atma Clinic is committed to providing the highest quality of care. This requires spending a lot of time and attention with each client. To provide the best results to clients, Atma Clinic practitioners only see patients by subscription.
How does laboratory testing (e.g. a blood test) work?
Atma Clinic carefully selects lab partners to make sure you can have the most advanced testing at affordable prices. Most labs accept insurance coverage, although some require an upfront fee. Atma Clinic will arrange for your lab specimen collections.
How does this compare to chiropractic or naturopathic care?
Atma Clinic's physicians use their trainings as medical doctors to determine the most scientifically validated techniques and individualize them to you. They also provide medical care such as medications, labs, imaging, and specialist referral. Our combination of conventional and alternative medicine allows the most thorough approach to your care.
Can Atma Clinic provide primary care?
Yes! Dr. Sandal is happy to become your primary care physician, integrating all of your health needs in one location and providing someone who knows your whole story. Like all of our services, primary care is offered on a subscription basis. This provides unsurpassed attention and care for your day-to-day health needs. If you prefer, you are welcome to keep your current primary care physician. Atma Clinic will cultivate a friendly and collaborative relationship with your other care providers.
Is Atma Clinic accessible to persons with mobility impairment?
Yes! Our office is located at 401 Arkansas Street, right across the street from Lawrence Memorial Hospital. There is reserved parking and a ramp to the main entrance. If you need further accommodation, please call in advance to let us know how we can best serve you.
