Day 3 of our nutrient dense school lunch kicks off with Pizza Wednesday. Assembly is very easy, just use Against the Grain pizza, topped with extra protein of choice
(we like to add Italian sausage to the plain cheese pizza), served with a big, green
veggie salad: greens of choice, shredded carrot, pumpkin seeds and broccoli, topped with
