20 Minute or Less Deconstructed Spaghetti and Meatballs -- By Amy Bousman, FNTP

It's halfway through the week so here is a super easy recipe that is easy to scale for whatever size family you are cooking for, or if you like leftovers like me!


● 1 Large Spaghetti Squash cooked via Instant Pot

● 1 jar organic, no-sugar marinara/spaghetti sauce

● Arugula or other greens, dressed with olive oil & balsamic (preferably Napa Valley Grand Reserve)

● Ground Beef or Meat Substitute


1. Cook the Spaghetti Squash in the Instant Pot.

Cut Squash in Half, Add 1 Cup of water and manually cook in Instant Pot for 7 Minutes.
